Fairly clean hotel in a beautiful building close to the airport as well as Santo Domingo. The rooms with windows to the pool.

We had a luxurious experience staying here. Brilliant hotel, relaxing rooms, the staff was impeccable. A stunning beach, relaxing view. Decent location, Las Americas airport was 0.5 miles away. Comfortable beds, free wireless internet, TV and terrace in the room. Very comprehensive breakfast, efficient service.

Cold bathroom.

So perfect place for early morning flight. Location was extremely convenient, and I liked perfect rooms and helpfull staff. I'm glad that getting Wheelchair Accessible room was not a problem. Generally the service was impeccable.

The beds were spacious. Appreciated that they had onsite restaurant Balcones, no need to go somewhere else.

In the bathroom water pressure was low. Mold in the room.

Nice pool, big rooms. A great selection restaurants to eat close by, like Los Balcones that was only 5 minutes' walk away.
